Overview
Oreqanic accepts secure payments through trusted payment processors. All payments are processed in GBP. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized and approved.

Payment Processing and Security
Payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout technology. Oreqanic does not store your full card details.
If a payment is flagged for security reasons, we may request additional verification or cancel the order to protect customers from unauthorized transactions.
Authorization Holds
Some banks place a temporary authorization hold when you place an order. This is not a charge.
If your order is canceled or the authorization expires, the hold is typically released automatically by your bank. Timing depends on your bank.
Taxes and Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP.
Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Prices and promotions may be updated at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price charged.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, try:
Confirming your billing address matches your bank records
Using a different payment method
Contacting your bank to approve the payment
Oreqanic cannot override bank declines.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel an eligible order or return an item in line with our Return Policy, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund timing depends on your payment provider and bank. Most refunds appear within a few business days after processing.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have an issue with a payment or order, contact us first so we can solve it quickly.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in account restrictions or future order cancellations.
